Zonta Club of Charleston

The members of the Zonta Club of Charleston are honored that four new members wish to join with us in service and fellowship. We welcome them to a global organization of executives and professionals working together to advance the status of women worldwide through service and advocacy.

On March 8, 2011, the club inducted its new members:  Emma Vought, Liz Schwartz, Jessica Credeur, and Catherine Brennan.

Zonta is strongly committed to the ideal of equality for all as expressed in the United Nations Universal Declaration on Human Rights. We are confident that our new members will contribute their caring, enthusiasm and talents to our club.

The Zonta Club of Charleston is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, and we are very excited to report that our club had experienced an amazing growth in 2009. On July 14, the club inducted its new members: Ruth Ballou, Teri Bastian, Christopher Cisneros,  Debbie Dean, Caraline DiNunzio, Megan Fink and Stephanie Woods.

The Zonta Club of Charleston has grown in just one year from 10 members to 23 amazing and dedicated members! To learn more about the local club, its operations and projects as well Zonta International and its international service projects, the club gathered for its “Orientation at the Beach” on June 13, 2009.

The club’s new members bring amazing energy and enthusiasm to the organization that locally works to prevent domestic violence.

The Zonta Club of Charleston inducted three new members on February 10, 2009. Beth LeonGuerrero joined the club in the fall of 2008; and Heidi Perez and Betsy Fraser joined in January 2009 after meeting Zonta members at the annual Zonta Christmas party and fundraiser hosted by Margaret and Denis Hyatt.

The club is very excited to announce new members: La-Tanya Fisher, Pam Tinsley, Renee Leach Carlos, Stephanie Coleman, Margaret Hyatt and Michelle Forrester.
